Scene at the Queen...and 2013 Inspiration House

Some of you might not know that I am also an antique dealer at the Queen of Hearts (click for website) in Alpharetta, GA.  I was there today spiffing things up and took some photos of what other dealers have to offer....

Modernize a vintage chair and desk with Paris Gray chalk paint and charcoal chevron.

Or paint a stripe down a drop cloth covered seat.

 Love that table.

Painted vintage frames are always a hit.

I would love this crusty iron work as a twin headboard on a colored wall.

Cherilyn makes the CUTEST seasonal pillows.

There was a pair of these vintage trellis supports.  I would mirror them  and flank some art or windows.

 I die for teal velvet....

 And French nesting tables.

Pretty little Duck Egg bistro table.

 Green accents.

  Such a cute wine bar.

Huge silk drum pendants with hammered tacks.

Awesome bench made from old headboard. Think mudroom, foyer, porch...

David always does country French best.

 Killer blue bench.

More grey-blue...

We hope you will stop by the Queen if you are in the Atlanta Metro area!

And folks, the Cathedral Inspiration House is starting this weekend.  I went to the press party last night, and can assure you that this is a MUST SEE! I took home loads of ideas, from styling tips, to interesting color combos, and creative lighting solutions...the TALENT was off the charts!!!  Please won't be disappointed. Here is the link for more info.

And here are a few teaser shots to whet your appetite....

 Dayka really rocked it-above.

 The best bathroom, ever.

Sherry Hart and Lori May's Stone Room will amaze you.
